Refund & Return Policy

At Montu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Socks
  • Underwear or compression base layers
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as Final Sale

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we are happy to exchange eligible items, subject to stock availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A refund.
  • Store credit.
  • Another product of equal value (or pay/refund the difference).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos showing the issue.

Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Montu error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a sizing change or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Montu will cover all return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support with:

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for the return.
  • Photos (if applicable).

Our team will provide return instructions and the shipping address.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the standard return process.
